Car lovers of all ages gathered in Stillwater’s Lowell Park on Wednesday nights for Cruisin’ on the Croix, a series of summer events that featured hundreds of hot rods and vintage cars, live music, food, and vendors.
It’s all in the name. At the annual Light Up Night celebration in Hudson, all are invited to experience the sparkling start to the season when gorgeous lights will be turned on throughout the town’s downtown streets.
Wisconsin and Minnesota runners of all ages came together for the annual Gopher to Badger 5K & half marathon, which began in Stillwater and ended in Hudson’s Lakefront Park.
For seven weeks this summer, people of all ages gathered on the grass in downtown Stillwater’s Lowell Park for “Summer Tuesdays.” The events featured local food and merchants, free live music and free family-friendly movies at sunset.
The second annual Log Jam event took place in Stillwater on July 17-19. After Lumberjack Days was held in Stillwater for 80 years, Log Jam was created as a way to refocus the event as a community-based celebration for Stillwater and its surrounding towns.
The Stillwater Public Library Foundation hosted its annual Fourth of July “Light a Spark” fundraising event on the library’s Johnson Terrace. The evening’s celebration included food, entertainment and, of course, a spectacular view of Stillwater’s fireworks display over the St. Croix River.
While some might not think a winery is the most family-friendly outing on an autumn afternoon, Saint Croix Vineyards offers a delightfully different adventure that everyone can enjoy—stomping barefoot in a barrel of grapes.
