Celebrating Dia de Los Muertos-Wire and Clay Sculptures

Join us at Stillwater Public Library on Friday, October 25 at 10:30 a.m. for Celebrating Dia de Los Muertos-Wire and Clay Sculptures. Learn about the cultural significance of Day of the Dead or All Souls Day. Work with an artist to create a colorful wire and clay skeleton, a reminder that the holiday is a time to recall special ancestors who have passed away.

Friends Fall Book Sale

Book lovers and bargain hunters are in for a treat when the Friends of the Stillwater Public Library host their Annual Fall Used Book Sale on November 6-9, 2019. The Book Sale is the Friends' most important fundraiser, and proceeds go to support the materials and programs at the library.

Victorian Superstitions & Ghost Tours

The St. Croix County Historical Society will delve into the supernatural with a candlelit tour of the Octagon House Museum with our Victorian Superstitions and Ghost Stories on Saturday, October 19th at 7 p.m.

This tour offers a glimpse into Victorian superstitions and customs surrounding death.
