More than 220 guests and volunteers helped to raise over $75,000 for United Way of Washington County East at United by the Vine 2019. Funds raised help the organization and its partnering agencies to benefit the lives of many in our community.

Mad Science presents Radical Robots
Join us at Stillwater Public Library on Saturday, October 12 at 10:30 a.m. for Mad Science presents Radical Robots. Operate different model robots that use a variety of sensory devices, such as infrared, sound or light detection. Operate a robot with six legs or one with wheels and command a robot to navigate an obstacle course. Try out a robotic arm and build your own Mechano-Hand to take home. Ages 6-12. Friends Book Donations Drive
Donate your gently used books to the Friends of the Stillwater Public Library. The Friends will collect books on Saturday, October 19 and Saturday, October 26 from 10:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. in the library parking ramp on Third Street.
None of the following items will be accepted: encyclopedias, magazines, Reader’s Digest Condensed Books, textbooks, religious materials, National Geographic, videos, cassettes, partially used puzzle books. Read more about Friends Book Donations Drive
Artist Reception: Becky Benson
The Stillwater Public Library is pleased to present Views from Within, an exhibit by artist Becky Benson. The show will be in the gallery in September and October. Meet Becky at the artist reception on Thursday, October 10 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. As an abstract artist, Becky has worked to free up her art, intuitively painting and letting her art speak for her.
