Join us at the Octagon House Museum, 1004 3rd St, Hudson, WI, for a reading and discussion of “The Holly Tree” by Charles Dickens on Saturday, December 14 at 4:30 p.m. One of Dickens’s annual Christmas stories, “The Holly Tree” is a sweetly sentimental tale within a tale. Dickens relates in entertaining fashion his experiences at the Holly Tree Inn, where he was snowed up while on a melancholy errand.

Join us at Stillwater Public Library on Saturday, November 9 at 10:30 a.m. for Wild Things Masks! This class will use Maurice Sendak’s book Where the Wild Things Are as inspiration for making wearable 3-dimensional creature masks.
