Reading & Discussion of 'The Holly Tree'

Join us at the Octagon House Museum, 1004 3rd St, Hudson, WI, for a reading and discussion of “The Holly Tree” by Charles Dickens on Saturday, December 14 at 4:30 p.m. One of Dickens’s annual Christmas stories, “The Holly Tree” is a sweetly sentimental tale within a tale. Dickens relates in entertaining fashion his experiences at the Holly Tree Inn, where he was snowed up while on a melancholy errand.

Board member and guide, Burt Witthuhn will be reading excerpts from each of the “branches” of Dickens' holiday themed novella followed by a discussion. Read more about Reading & Discussion of 'The Holly Tree'
