Join us at Stillwater Public Library on Saturday, November 9 at 10:30 a.m. for Wild Things Masks! This class will use Maurice Sendak’s book Where the Wild Things Are as inspiration for making wearable 3-dimensional creature masks. Kids will learn how to realistically draw fur, feathers, scales and other textures to combine the features of various animals into one fantastic and terrifying Wild Thing! Recommended for students in grades K-6.
Class is free, but registration is required. This program is made possible in part with funds from Minnesota's Arts and Cultural Heritage (Legacy) Fund. To register, call 651-275-4338, stop by the Public Services Desk, or visit our website at stillwaterlibrary.org.
