Lumberjack Days marked one of the most exciting summer celebrations in Stillwater, but throughout an 80-year history, its focus slowly shifted somewhat as the event attracted more tourists.
During the summer, with ample sunshine and warm breezes coming off of the river, the St. Croix Valley naturally gets into a festive mood. So with the Fourth of July around the corner, we’re sure to find hometown parades and fireworks in the park up and down the river.
