They’ll learn about surgery skills using a pretend patient, how to recognize common illnesses and what it’s like to work at a shelter. Kids grades 3-6. The Minnesota Boychoir’s Spring Concert program will feature a diverse and exciting mix of traditional and contemporary sacred and secular works, including famed British choral composer Bob Chilcott's arrangement of U2's “MLK,” Billy Joel's “Good Night My Angel,” “All Good Gifts” from Godspell, Bradley Ellingboe's “How Can I Keep From Singing” and “Long Walk to Freedom,” based on a text by Nelson Mandela. Join us at the Stillwater Public Library on Saturday, April 13 from 1:00 - 2:30 p.m. for Origami Butterflies for Kids. Welcome spring as we make painted origami butterflies. Learn to fold an origami butterfly with big watercolor paper, then paint it as you wish with liquid watercolor.
