Want to start native plants organically by seed, but are not sure how to stratify or scarify seed? This is the class for you! Try three different strategies to increase seed germination; then bring seeds home for your yard. We will recommend reference materials to help you imitate nature! March is a great time to prune most types of shrubs. Learn pruning techniques that promote plant health and work with the aesthetic of the plant’s natural form. We’ll cover the basics indoors and then venture out to the Nature Center yard to practice. Dress for the outdoors.
