Stillwater’s Just for Me Spa shares a fall-inspired health shake recipe.

Apple Cinnamon Protein Shake

350 calories per serving, 100 calories without protein powder

• ½ frozen banana

• ½ apple

• ¼ cup of uncooked oats

• 1 cup almond milk

• Pinch of cinnamon, to taste

• Ice cubes, to taste

• Optional: 1 packet of Garden of Life Raw Fit vanilla protein powder

Put all ingredients into a blender; blend until smooth.
