Strawberry lovers, get set: the annual Afton Strawberry Festival is just around the corner. Swing by and see over 60 vendors selling a wide array of products. Enjoy live music and eat delicious food.
Feeling hungry? Give the strawberry shortcake eating competition a try. May the best eater win! If that’s not your style, the festival has plenty of other events. Canvas paint with Kate Sullivan, an Afton artist, or wander the children’s events offered.
Hudson-based artist Kyle Koliha and Stillwater’s Prairie Anthem will provide the soundtrack with live music performances for the occasion. Koliha performs Saturday from 1:30–4:30 p.m. and Prairie Anthem from 12:30–3:30 p.m.
