Throw a Fancy Friendsgiving with These Tablescape Tips

A table decorated for Friendsgiving.
Throw a fall dinner party with a beautiful tablescape.

An inspiring beautiful tablescape doesn’t need to be a lot of work, keep it simple and easy to implement by paring rustic elements like wood or woven chargers with nature inspired garland to help keep it from feeling too formal.

Try using a long wood rectangle cutting board with a few small white pumpkins placed down the middle. Sprigs of rosemary and a few clusters of berries add the perfect touch when placed around the pumpkins. Simple and rustic.

Take it a step further and add a sentimental touch. Cut out a piece of cardboard in the shape of a leaf. Stamp with the word blessing and tie in place with a piece of leather.

Layering your place settings adds interest and depth to the table. A simple white plate is a great go-to, layered with a wooden or weaved charger, a wooden small plate placed on top with a sprig of rosemary tied with twine for a relaxed and inviting setting.

Purchase flowers from the local florists or the grocery store; things like seeded eucalyptus, pampas grass, endive and red pears. Place them down the middle of the table for a very easy and beautiful look. Layer the place settings with vintage black and white toile plates. Add in a white plate, a pear and sprig of seeded eucalyptus on top for yet another simple yet elegant tablescape.

Your guests will be talking about these autumnal table decor ideas long after the party’s over. So send out your invites, round up a few friends and family members and create memories that will last a lifetime.
