Valentine’s Dinner at the Outing Lodge: After a social hour of hors d’oeuvres, you’re served sautéed shrimp and caviar, beef wellington in sherry sauce, duchess potatoes, broiled tomatoes and chocolate; postprandial brandy available at the bar. Then: a tango demonstration. $90 per person, $10 added after February 10. 6:30 p.m. February 11.
Candlelight Night at Interstate Park: Weather permitting, hike, ski or snowshoe lighted trails. In the Visitor Center gathering room, the Friends of Interstate Park will sell refreshments. The Geezers band plays live while bonfires blaze. No charge, but visitors must have a park sticker to enter. 6–9 p.m. February 11.
