Entertaining this winter but not sure what to serve as a signature cocktail? I’ve whipped up this wintry sip to much acclaim and highly recommend you try it at your next snow season shindig!
- white sugar crystals in a dish for rimming glasses
- 2 cups chilled eggnog
- ½ cup brandy
- ½ cup almond-flavored liqueur
- ½ cup vanilla ice cream
- 1 tsp. ground nutmeg
- pumpkin pie spice for garnish
Rim martini glasses with sugar crystals. Combine eggnog, brandy, almond-flavored liqueur, ice cream and nutmeg in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses. Garnish each cocktail with a pinch of pumpkin pie spice.
