This year, Valentine’s Day falls on a Sunday, and downtown Stillwater businesses will be celebrating all weekend long by offering specials. Shops and restaurants along Main Street will offer deals, and horse-drawn carriages will take lovebirds on rides along the St. Croix River. Enjoy this year’s Paint the Town Red weekend presented by Discover Stillwater and Stillwater Main Street IBA. Carriage rides are free; other promotions vary.
