Fall-infused Cocktail from Afton House Inn

Try our favorite fall martini.

Fall—October in particular—is the season in which you can don sandals while bundling up in sweaters, admire the colorful leaves, and eat and drink to your heart’s content. This year, put down the pumpkin-infused latte, and spice things up with a pumpkin spiced martini. Co-owner of the Afton House-affiliated CURRENT restaurant Dan Jarvis shares his recipe that we think should become a new fall tradition. Try this drink at the restaurant in Afton for $10 or make the recipe at home.

Pumpkin Spiced Martini

1½ oz. vodka
1½ oz. Baileys Vanilla
1½ oz. Mothers Pumpkin Spice
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Stir well, strain into a chilled martini glass, and enjoy.

CURRENT restaurant is located in the Afton House Inn Hotel.
