As people prepare for their Thanksgiving feastS, local wineries in the St. Croix Valley are offering the chance for wine lovers to scout out some of the most delicious wines to grace their holiday tables.
Saint Croix Vineyards and Northern Vineyards are two local vineyards that are part of the Three Rivers Wine Trail, which includes five of the oldest Minnesota wineries located in the Mississippi, Cannon and St. Croix River valleys. Each location will offer wines, along with cheese and chocolate pairings, as part of the annual Cheese and Chocolate Weekend.
The local cheese pairings are provided by Eichten’s Hidden Acres, Bass Lake Cheese Factory and Stickney Hill Dairy. House-made raspberry-infused wine chocolates are offered by Saint Croix Vineyards.
With live music throughout the afternoon hours, this event is a relaxing way to gear up for the big holiday in style.
