The 2016 contest is now closed.
It's that time of year again, and we're getting ready to launch the 2nd annual Lens on St. Croix Valley photo contest and are counting on our readers to submit their best photos of our beloved city. Winners and finalists alike may see their photos in the pages of St. Croix Valley Magazine during the months ahead.
We're looking for photos that show off the core values of St. Croix Valley in five categories:
- Activities & Events
- City Landmarks
- Wildlife & Nature
- Pets
- People & Families
We'll accept submissions July 31—August 31 at 5pm, and Readers' Choice voting will take place September 10—September 30. A panel of judges from St. Croix Valley Magazine and the community will select the best in each category and announce around October 1.
Start looking back at your favorite photos from the past year and select some favorites. You'll be able to submit your photos via this page beginning July 31, so keep this address bookmarked! Be sure to read the Lens on St. Croix Valley FAQ and our official Rules and Guidelines before submitting your photos.
2016 Lens on St. Croix Valley Photo Contest Timeline:
Submissions accepted online from July 31, 2016-August 31, 2016.
Readers' Choice voting will take place online from September 10, 2016-September 30, 2016.
Winners will be announced online around October 1.
