A celebration of the unique culture of record stores and the special role they play in their communities, we’re getting in on the fun with our friends in Golden Valley!

Stop by New Bohemia for a pint of Dogfish Head’s SeaQuench Ale, Romantic Chemistry or Dragons & YumYums – an intensely tropical, yet subtlety bitter pale ale brewed in collaboration with The Flaming Lips – and the chance to win a limited-edition Crosley record player featuring artwork by Marq Spusta. At Liquor Barrel, you can enjoy free samples of Dogfish Head beer all day, and the chance to win a copy of  ‘Music to Drink Beer and Make Love To.’

If you're itching to find some awesome records, you can head on over to Down in the Valley Record Store and scour the stacks. Any music lover that spends $100 or more on vinyl will get a free Dogfish Head pint glass and beer at New Bohemia. Local radio personalities from ‘The Current’ will be on site and Soul Asylum will play a rockin’ acoustic set at 9 p.m. you'll also have the chance to win some great Record Store Day giveaways, including a super-collectible vinyl by The Flaming Lips titled ‘The Story of Yum Yum and Dragon’ that’s filled with Dragons & YumYums beer!
