Van Dell Studio & Gallery and The Judd Street Exchange announce “ EXPLORATIONS," a contemporary art show opening on Friday, Aug. 2, 2019, featuring Liz Pechacek, Ceramics and Linda Snouffer, Botanical Prints. Located at 101 Judd Street, the gallery is in the center of historic Marine on St. Croix, Minnesota. All are welcome to come August 2, 1:00 - 8:00pm, with the Artist Reception held from 5:00 - 8:00pm in the gallery. Additionally, this show continues through September 14, 2019.
Ms. Pechacek earned a BFA in Ceramics and a BA in Art History from Indiana University. A well respected ceramics artist featured at the Northern Clay Center in Minneapolis and a guest artist with the St. Croix Valley Pottery Tour, Liz also exhibits in fine galleries throughout the United States and teaches out of Minneapolis, MN. An exquisite selection of her pots will be in our gallery.
Long recognized with merited honors for her botanical prints that are sold and exhibited prominently in Twin Cities galleries, Ms. Snouffer was most recently awarded as a "Pine Needles Artist in Residence” - a program by the Science Museum of MN and the St. Croix Watershed Research Station in Marine on St. Croix. New works made and inspired during Linda’s artist residency in nature this summer will be featured in this show.
