What’s my inspiration behind this photograph? I crave situations where the lighting can change dramatically during a shooting session. The combination of early morning light and fog always present a challenge because both change so fast and independently!

The house, built by Creative Homes, is approximately four miles northwest of downtown Stillwater but has a very real “in the country” vibe on almost six acres with great views of nearby woods, prairie grasses and the occasional wildlife.

Last fall, artists and art lovers gathered at the historic Stillwater riverfront for this juried event that’s been celebrated for over 30 years. Artwork on display included custom made jewelry, hand-thrown pottery, blown glass, paintings, photography, fiber art, woodworking and much more.
